MEET OUR COACHES

 

 

Ronnie has been in the fitness industry for more than 15 years and has helped multiple fitness franchises establish and grow to be successful businesses today. Ronnie exudes passion for the fitness industry through dedication to his staff and members, and his exceptional work ethic.
 
As a member of the Mississauga Board of Trade, Ronnie is extremely excited about working with the community of Mississauga and establishing the Orangetheory Fitness brand.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
Stress relief and my kids...they kind of go hand-in-hand I think.  
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Burgers and fries. 
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Going ALL OUT on the treadmill.  
Naomi found her passion for fitness 8 years ago and has since held many roles in the fitness industry. With a background in education and a passion to work and help others, she has stepped into her role with Orangetheory Fitness with great focus and determination.
 
Naomi also holds a Fitness Instructor Specialist Certificate and will be working towards receiving her Personal Training certification in order to contribute as a coach to Orangetheory Fitness.
 
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for myself- to keep myself mentally and physically strong, to constantly challenge myself so that every workout burns more than the last.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
As much as I avoid bread and sweets they are my guilty pleasure.  If I am not mentally in the zone then it's hard to resist temptation.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I love doing anything on the TRX straps.  Knowing that all the muscles in my body are being activated at once makes me so happy!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
