Situated on Dundas Street on the east side of Mississauga, Ontario, our gym is easily accessible to anyone working in the Creekside Crossing area. Featuring sparkling clean equipment, effective instruction, and a friendly vibe, our Orangetheory studio is the perfect place to stop by for a quick workout when you're in a hurry.


At Orangetheory, we put your heart through the paces with 60 minutes of cardio-oriented exercise. You move through three different sections with 12 machines each to make sure that every muscle group is worked, providing a comprehensive and structured workout. The three sections focus on building up your power, endurance, and strength.


All of our hour-long Orangetheory classes are overseen by a dedicated and involved coach who makes sure that each person in the class is attended to properly. These coaches challenge you to reach new heights while adapting your personal program to meet your unique needs. Our skilled coaches help you achieve your personal best while providing the entire class with support.


No matter what level of fitness you may currently be at, our Orangetheory studio welcomes you to give our acclaimed workout regimen a try. Fitting in time for fitness can be hard when you're running on a busy schedule, which is something that we understand completely. That's why Orangetheory classes are short and simple. We work with your busy life to make sure that you get the invigorating exercise that you need to stay healthy.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
